Here’s what to expect across your 10 guided sessions:

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body’s stress patterns and how to release them. You will also learn about the anatomy involved in the TRE process. This stage will last around 2-3 sessions, depending on the personal experience of each participant.
Stage 2: Deep Release
As you continue, your body will begin to release deeper layers of tension. You’ll notice that your sleep improves, your mind feels clearer, and you start to feel more grounded. These sessions are where most people experience their first real breakthroughs, both physically and emotionally. This will start around the 3rd session and will move deeper throughout the remaining sessions.
Stage 3: Strengthening Resilience
By now, you’re tapping into your body’s natural ability to bounce back from stress. Whether it’s a tough day at work or a challenging situation at home, you’ll find that you recover faster and stay calm under pressure. Your nervous system is becoming more resilient, and you’re starting to feel a new sense of emotional freedom. You will also learn about interventions (through touch and through intention) and the importance of self-soothing. By session 6-7, you will start noticing a difference in your reaction to outside stress.
Stage 4: Lasting Balance
In your final sessions, we’ll lock in your progress, helping you integrate everything you’ve learned into your daily life. By now, your body will know how to release tension on its own, and you’ll leave feeling empowered, balanced, and in control of your stress response. This will mark the beginning of your own practice.

TRE is most effective when done with a trained practitioner. During your ten guided sessions, you’ll learn how to safely activate your body’s tremor response and release tension. While some people may continue practicing TRE on their own, our focus is on delivering results through professional guidance, ensuring that you get the most out of each session
TRE is generally safe for most people. However, if you have a history of certain medical conditions (seizures, serious back injuries, or mental health concerns) it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting TRE. Our sessions are designed to be safe and supportive, allowing you to go at your own pace. We will also provide a form to fill-in before starting our journey together so we know more about you and can provide the best possible experience.
Many people experience significant relief after just one session. However, the true transformation happens over time. By committing to ten sessions, you’ll give your body the chance to release deeper layers of tension and stress, leading to more profound and lasting results
The purpose is not to tremor, but to establish a new way to communicate and connect with the body. It requires trust and creating safety for the body to start the tremoring/vibrating. This varies from individual to individual. Even if no tremor is present, there is relaxation happening in the body. One of the reasons we recommend 10 sessions is to give you time to become comfortable and create that safety within to start releasing.
No, TRE® does not require talking about or revisiting past experiences. It focuses solely on the physical release of tension, making it a non-verbal approach to reducing stress and enhancing wellbeing
During a TRE® session, you may feel mild shaking or tremors as your body releases tension. Many people report feeling relaxed, lighter, and more at ease afterward, with benefits like improved sleep, better focus, and reduced physical discomfort over time.
TRE can be done both in person and online, individually or in groups. You would need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, a cushion and a blanket. For online sessions, you would also need a laptop with a good internet connection and to position it so we can have a full view of yourself laying down.
